Organization leader in its sector, is currently looking to hire a Senior Sales Manager for their operations in Lisbon.
Principais responsabilidades
Plan, coordinate and stimulate commercial activity at national level, which includes:
- Coordinate the commercial team.
- Conduct commercial processes, especially in the initial phase involving the GO/NO GO decision process and the subsequent negotiation and contracting phase.
- Support the commercial team in preparing budgets, proposals and contracts for potential clients, particularly in conjunction with other areas of the organization at national and international level.
- Develop prospecting activities for customers considered to have the greatest potential, including customers where there is the possibility of cross selling with other business areas.
- Analyze and develop alternative and innovative solutions in the context of the Economy.
- Monitor performance and present regular reports on activities and results and established KPIs.
- Collaborate with the marketing department in the development of marketing materials and actions that enhance commercial development and customer satisfaction.
Perfil desejado
- Academic background in Environmental Engineering or a related field.
- Preferably with training and experience in management and/or negotiation processes.
- Fluent knowledge of English and Spanish.
- KProven experience in commercial development roles in the water and/or environment sector.
- Proven leadership skills, capable of motivating and guiding multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to solve problems effectively and make informed decisions.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to carry out technical and economic feasibility analyses.
