Our client is looking for an energetic, passionate sales expert who can thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced business environment. The aim will be to increase market share and sales for a select suite of brands in Lisbon by developing existing client spend and opening new business opportunities.

Description

The candidate will have the following responsibilities:

• Commercial visits and presentation of the services;
• Creation and development of new business opportunities;
• Negotiation of commercial proposals and closing of sales;
• Development and execution the "business" plan for key accounts;
• Implementation of the merchandising actions set by the brand.

Profile

Qualifications and Skills:

• Min 3 years field sales experience is required;
• Experience in the Hair/Beauty Industry & hair colour is a distinct advantage;
• Track record of reaching and exceeding business targets;
• Experience in pipeline management and/or defining sales strategy;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Strong organisational and time management skills;
• Full Clean driving licence;
• English language is required.
