A sua nova função

• Support the General Manager and sales team with daily commercial and administrative tasks;
• Manage quotations, orders, and delivery timelines;
• Ensure effective communication with clients and partners;
• Maintain and update CRM, sales reports, and customer data;
• Assist in organizing promotional events and preparing sales materials;
• Provide general office support and be available for travel within Portugal.

O que necessita para ser bem sucedido

• Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field;
• 5–8 years of experience in commercial or sales support roles, ideally in an international setting;
• Native Portuguese speaker with fluent English;
• Strong organizational and communication skills;
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools;
