Details - Hospitality, Sports, Leisure is the platform responsible for managing the Hospitality, Sports, and Leisure areas of Arrow Global in Portugal. It oversees the management of major hotel units located in Vilamoura, Carvoeiro, Lagos, Albufeira, Aroeira, and Madeira, as well as golf courses and equestrian centers.



The Sales Promoter will be responsible for promoting and representing the Details Hospitality Sports Leisure portfolio, and play an active role in supporting the sales strategy, identifying business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships within the hospitality and leisure industry.


Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and represent the Details Hospitality Sports Leisure portfolio, following the company's commercial strategy and objectives;

• Identify and approach potential clients, partners, and agencies to drive sales and bookings;

• Stay updated on all current offers, products, and services across the group;

• Conduct market research to monitor competitors, customer preferences, and trends;

• Participate in trade shows, networking events, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility;

• Assist in coordinating and accompanying site visits and familiarization trips when required;

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback to improve service quality;

• Provide reports and feedback to the MICE Manager and Sales Team regarding market activities and performance;



Key Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, promotion, or hospitality-related roles;

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Marketing, or a related field (preferred);

• Strong knowledge of sales and promotional techniques, ideally within the hospitality or tourism sector;

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills;

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of CRM or hospitality systems (preferred);

• Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken & written); additional languages will be considered an advantage;

• High level of proactivity, energy, and customer orientation;

• Assertive communication and strong negotiation skills;

• Adaptability, organization, and time management abilities;

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;

• Positive attitude, resilience, and capacity to work under pressure.
