Job Overview:

The Real Estate Sales Office Assistant will be the first point of contact for our clients, delivering a warm, professional, and seamless introduction to the Pinheirinho Comporta experience. This role is essential in coordinating with our sales team to provide impeccable service and create unforgettable visitor experiences at Pinheirinho Comporta, from enquiries, to appointments, visits, as well as throughout the purchasing process and beyond.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a client-facing role, ideally in luxury real estate, hospitality, or a related industry.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English and Portuguese (additional languages like French or Spanish are a plus).
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and scheduling tools.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable, high-end experiences.
• Familiarity with the Comporta region and/or luxury real estate market is highly desirable.
• Professional demeanor, cultural sensitivity, and adaptability to cater to an international clientele.
• Flexibility to work occasional weekends or non-standard hours to meet client and team needs.
