Are you an experienced leader in Sales Development with a track record of building high-performing teams? Key Responsibilities

• Take strategic ownership of the entire SDR new business channel, with the freedom to define and implement your vision for success
• Lead, motivate and develop a high performing sales team. Provide coaching, mentorship and ongoing training to ensure the teams success.
• Design and execute a data driven outbound strategy.
• Create a collaborative culture.
• Partner with internal teams, such as sales and marketing to create a seamless alignment on messaging and campaigns.
• Track performance and coach for success using KPIs to exceed targets.
• Forecast pipeline.
• Act as a strategic leader.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Leadership Experience: At least five years experience in an SDR role and two years of experience managing SDR teams that consistently exceed targets.
• Innovative and Driven: Skilled in analysing metrics, refining strategies, and continuously improving outcomes.
• People-Oriented: Able to drive performance while maintaining a positive team culture. Create an environment where the team enjoys working together and sharing best practices.

Role Details:

• Location: Porto, Portugal
• Competitive basic salary of €51,000
• On target earnings estimated €85,000
