Descrição da Função

Looking for 2 mid level sales executives for portugal hotels. Place of work: Albufeira.

Salary: £1600 - £2000 per month.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve room revenue, F&B, and events targets.
  • Identify, negotiate, and secure new corporate, leisure, and group business.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts to maximize long-term revenue.
  • Drive MICE, group bookings, and long-stay business across properties.

Account & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, tour operators, and event planners.
  • Conduct regular sales calls, site inspections, and client presentations.
  • Represent the hotel group at trade shows, networking events, and sales missions.

Strategy & Market Analysis

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior.
  • Collaborate with revenue management to optimize pricing and distribution.
  • Identify new markets and segments for business development.

Coordination & Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, reservations, revenue, and operations teams.
  • Ensure smooth handover of confirmed business to operations and events teams.
  • Support promotional campaigns and brand initiatives across the group.

Reporting & Administration

  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and forecasts.
  • Maintain accurate data in CRM and sales systems.
  • Track performance against targets and KPIs.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience in hospitality, within a hotel group is MANDATORY.
  • Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in corporate, leisure, and/or MICE sales.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with revenue and market focus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties or accounts.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
