Details - Hospitality, Sports, Leisure is the platform responsible for managing the Hospitality, Sports, and Leisure areas of Arrow Global in Portugal. It oversees the management of major hotel units located in Vilamoura, Carvoeiro, Lagos, Albufeira, Aroeira, and Madeira, as well as golf courses and equestrian centers.



The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling the services of Details Hospitality Sports Leisure, ensuring that sales targets are met and contributing to the sustainable growth and will play a strategic role in identifying new business opportunities, maintaining existing partnerships, and developing strong relationships within the hospitality and leisure industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote the Portfolio of Details Hospitality Sports Leisure, following the commercial strategy and objectives;
  • Stay up to date with all rates, offers, products, and services provided by the group;
  • Conduct regular market analyses to monitor competitors, trends, and new opportunities;
  • Coordinate and accompany site inspections and familiarization trips when required;
  • Support the development of new client contacts and monitor their potential revenue;
  • Ensure effective post-sales follow-up, maintaining client satisfaction and loyalty;
  • Analyze sales performance and statistics to optimize forecasts and identify areas for improvement;
  • Represent the company at meetings, trade shows, and strategic conferences;
  • Use in-depth market knowledge and competitor insights to strengthen commercial positioning;
  • Implement sales strategies defined by the Director of Sales;



Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a commercial or sales role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field;
  • Strong knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques, preferably within the hospitality industry;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  • Knowledge of systems such as Host and other relevant hospitality platforms (preferred);
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken & written); additional languages will be considered an advantage.
  • Excellent commercial attitude, proactivity and creativity;
  • Assertive communication and active listening;
  • High degree of adaptability, planning, and organizational ability;
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills;
  • Team spirit, resilience, and ability to work under pressure;
