Description
- Define and lead the commercial strategy for development services, maximizing the value of residential and mixed-use projects and ensuring alignment with the company's growth and profitability goals;
- Drive sales for new development projects, from pricing and launch strategy to sales velocity and revenue optimisation, in close collaboration with developers and internal teams;
- Originate and manage relationships with institutional and private capital, including family offices, investors, and UHNWIs, positioning the platform as a preferred partner for prime and large-scale transactions;
- Lead high-value transactions, managing the full sales cycle for key mandates - from asset preparation (product definition, pricing, sales materials) to negotiation and closing - ensuring disciplined execution and a best-in-class client experience;
- Develop and maintain senior relationships with developers, identifying opportunities for exclusive mandates, joint initiatives, and long-term collaboration across multiple projects;
- Leverage an international luxury real estate network to drive referrals and cross-border business, managing relationships with partner offices in key feeder markets and ensuring consistent standards of service and representation;
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (marketing, research, advisory, and brokerage) to ensure cohesive go-to-market plans, impactful launch campaigns, and consistent messaging across channels, including those activated through the international network;
- Monitor market trends and notable transactions, identifying opportunities in the prime and luxury segments and proposing entry, repositioning, or exit strategies for assets and projects;
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and strategic meetings in Portugal and abroad, reinforcing its positioning in the high-end and institutional real estate market, as well as within the international network;
- Establish and track commercial KPIs, ensuring robust pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and a performance-driven culture across all development and network-related sales initiatives.
Profile
University degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related fields;
Proven experience in strategic commercial roles within real estate or similar sectors;
Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage relationships with high-level stakeholders;
Corporate mindset, with business acumen and a strong focus on results and value creation;
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a hands-on approach to execution;
Fluency in English (mandatory); additional languages are a plus;
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
