What You'll Be Doing
- Manage the full sales cycle, from first contact to closing deals
- Present solutions to companies looking to grow and scale
- Build, manage, and grow long-term client relationships
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution
Total Compensation (Average Performer)
- Year 1: €35,000+
- Year 2: €54,000+
- Base salary: DOE
- Commission: Uncapped, unlimited earning potential
- Top performers earn significantly above these figures
Who You Are
- Proven sales experience - 3+ years postgrad experience (any industry can be considered).
- Track record of success - Consistently exceeding targets and delivering measurable results
- Hold an EU passport or EU citizenship
- Willing to relocate to Malta
