What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from first contact to closing deals
  • Present solutions to companies looking to grow and scale
  • Build, manage, and grow long-term client relationships
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution


Total Compensation (Average Performer)

  • Year 1: €35,000+
  • Year 2: €54,000+
  • Base salary: DOE
  • Commission: Uncapped, unlimited earning potential
  • Top performers earn significantly above these figures


Who You Are

  • Proven sales experience - 3+ years postgrad experience (any industry can be considered).
  • Track record of success - Consistently exceeding targets and delivering measurable results
  • Hold an EU passport or EU citizenship
  • Willing to relocate to Malta
