At Lottusse, we are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Sales Assistant who will help deliver a premium in-store experience. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and teamwork to ensure the store meets brand standards and sales targets.

What will you do?

• Assist and advise national and international customers, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.
• Manage product replenishment, labeling, and organization in-store, maintaining presentation standards at all times.
• Support cash register operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and uphold brand standards.
• Ensure the store's image and cleanliness are aligned with the company's style and values.

Minimum requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or sales, ideally in retail or luxury brands.
• Excellent communication skills, proactivity, and customer orientation.
• Ability to work in a team and meet targets.
• Basic knowledge of office tools and point-of-sale systems.
• Intermediate to advanced level of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Availability to work rotating shifts and weekends.
