Our client wants to recruit a Sales Application Specialist for its Hemostasis Unit.

Description

• Customer advisory in improving laboratory organization and providing the best solutions considering the customer needs;
• Continued attention to the customer, providing product information, encouraging the cross-selling and introducing new techniques, based on cost/efficiency;
• Coordinate installations, interacting with the different departments involved (Logistics, Technical Service, Product Managers);
• Keep the training level of the users of the company's products and manage the appropriate documentation;
• Check the service level offered by the different departments of the Company, reducing the risk of complaints;
• Work together with the KAM and Business Unit in the management of opportunities and risks;
• Tender management (specification and profitability analysis, preparation of the necessary documentation, litigation support);
• Achieve the sales and commercial targets established by the Company;
• Fulfil to the company's Ethics Code.

Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in a Health Sciences field;
• Required professional background in Hemostasis (plus);
• Strong commercial capability;
• Focus on results and on the customer;
• Collaborative, mature and empathetic approach;
• Enterprising, flexibility, adaptability to the changes;
• Great communication skills;
• Proficiency in English, Spanish is a plus.
