Description
Reporting directly to the Board, the Sales & Marketing Director will lead the commercial and marketing strategy across multiple projects, driving sales performance, brand positioning, and market penetration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define product briefs and provide input into design development.
- Collaborate with development teams on pricing, product mix, unit configuration and launch strategies.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, buyer profiles and investment patterns.
- Ensure alignment between product design, construction, and market requirements.
- Oversee the after-sales team to ensure a best-in-class client experience.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, PR, social media, and events.
- Manage project branding, visual assets, and showrooms to maximise lead generation and conversion.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform strategy and pricing decisions.
- Define and implement sales strategies to achieve pre-sales and sales targets.
- Manage, train, and motivate the in-house sales team and external agencies.
- Build and maintain relationships with local and international agents, brokers, and institutional investors.
- Oversee CRM management, sales reporting, and KPI tracking to ensure data-driven decisions.
- Continuously optimise sales processes to improve efficiency and performance.
Profile
Proven experience in leading sales and marketing within the residential real estate sector.
Strong track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
Deep knowledge of the Portuguese residential market and international investment trends.
Strategic mindset combined with hands-on operational skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Fluent in Portuguese and English.
