Sales / Business Developer - Cosmetics (DLAB)

Location: Remote, based in Europe

Type: Full-time

DLAB is a European cosmetics laboratory specialized in private label and custom product development. We support emerging and established brands worldwide, offering a full-service approach from concept to final product, including formulation, production, quality control, and regulatory support.

We are particularly recognized for our expertise in lip products, delivering high-performance, premium formulas already validated by leading brands in the market.

Based in Portugal.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and qualify inbound leads (main acquisition channel)
• Develop structured and tailored commercial proposals
• Guide clients throughout the full project lifecycle (briefing to production)
• Identify growth opportunities and drive upselling
• Manage sales pipeline and follow-ups strategically
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (R&D, production, design)
• Contribute actively to the commercial strategy

Profile We're Looking For

• Experience in sales, business development, or account management
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on closing deals
• Consultative approach with the ability to structure client projects
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
• Fluent in English (mandatory)
• Interest in the cosmetics industry (preferred)
