Your New Company
Integrate a Company in the Alimentary Industry who is searching for a new team member as a Sales & Analytics Assistant, with a direct report to the Sales Manager due to a Maternity Leave for a 1-year contract. 

Your New Role

• Management of the monthly sales report with data analysis from SAP to Excel;
• Sales analysis and monitoring of contracts with B2B clients;
• Administrative support to the sales team;
• Customer support: handling complaints, managing orders, contracts, credit requests, and returns;
• Communication with internal stakeholders to resolve customer requests.

What You Need to Succeed

• Experience in sales department support;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel and PowerPoint;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Team spirit;
• Advanced knowledge of Portuguese and English.
