The Role
You are responsible for growing existing accounts across multiple countries. This role goes beyond relationship management. It requires a structured and proactive approach to identifying opportunities, building account plans and driving revenue expansion.
You will work closely with customers to understand their operations and align the platform with their evolving needs, while coordinating internally with product and engineering to ensure delivery.
What You Will Do
- Own and grow a portfolio of customers
- Identify and close upsell and cross sell opportunities
- Run structured account reviews and planning
- Coordinate with internal teams on delivery and requests
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in SaaS or software account management
- Exposure to 50K plus deal sizes
- Comfortable with technical stakeholders
- Structured and proactive working style
Requirements
- English and Portuguese required
- Spanish or French is a plus
Compensation
- Base salary €33K
- Bonus up to 20% quarterly
- OTE around €42K
