S/4HANA Senior Project Manager - Up to €70,000 p/a

Location: Lisbon (In the office 3 days p/w)

A global organisation is seeking an experienced S/4HANA Senior Project Manager to join a dynamic team driving a large-scale transformation programme. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a highly innovative environment, delivering impactful change across international operations.

About the Role

As an S/4HANA Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and delivering complex SAP S/4HANA projects, ensuring successful implementation and business transformation. This role involves close collaboration with senior leadership, enterprise process owners, and cross-functional teams to manage key initiatives and achieve strategic goals.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
• Applying SAP Activate and agile methodologies to drive effective project execution.
• Coordinating global teams of subject matter experts across key business functions, including Network and Supply Chain Planning, Record to Report, Tax Engine, Procurement, and Material Management.
• Overseeing project budgets, forecasts, schedules, and risk management.
• Engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project objectives.
• Ensuring adherence to quality standards and project governance frameworks.
• Driving business benefits realisation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Skills & Experience

We are looking for candidates with:

• 5+ years of proven project management experience, particularly in SAP S/4HANA implementation.
• A strong track record of managing large-scale transformation projects within global organisations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in both traditional and agile project delivery approaches.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a focus on delivering results.
• Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and enterprise business processes.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, PPM tools, and testing platforms.

Desirable Qualifications

• SAP S/4HANA and SAP Activate experience
• Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile)
• Knowledge of Lean & Six Sigma methodologies
• Master's degree in a relevant field
