The assigned resources will typically support Go-Live and Hypercare phases - providing hands-on assistance on the shop floor and in warehouses for both key users and end users - alongside delivering training as needed. Specifically, their responsibilities include:

• Planning, delivering, and refining training programs for all relevant stakeholders
• Creating training materials in the local language (Portuguese)
• Offering technical support to operational areas, including troubleshooting and preparing documentation to drive standardization
• Carrying out continuous improvement initiatives focused on Warehouse Management and Outbound Logistics processes
• Providing Go-Live, Hypercare, and post-implementation stabilization support to key and end users in the local language

Have experience on:

• SAP Embedded EWM Logistics Specialist
• Strong expertise in logistics processes
• In-depth practical knowledge of SAP Embedded EWM, particularly in manufacturing environments
• Solid working knowledge of SAP ERP/R3 and S4/HANA systems
• Proven experience applying project management methodologies and participating in project rollouts
• Skilled in conducting user training and performing testing activities
• Proficient in Portuguese (C2 level) and fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
