What you'll do:
- Client Support Champion for SMBs: Deliver top-tier support to small and medium-sized businesses across live chat , email , and phone . Proactively reach out through outbound calls to resolve issues quickly and effectively, providing seamless assistance in both Russian and English.
- End-to-End Customer Journey Support: Guide clients through every stage-from pre-sales curiosity to post-sales success-ensuring a smooth, stress-free experience with all self-service products.
What you bring:
- Native-level Russian and fluent English
- High School Diploma (mandatory)
- Currently living in Portugal or planning to relocate (visa not provided)
