RPA Specialist

Hybrid (2x/week onsite in Lisbon) | Direct contract with an international client | Industry mobility & digital transformation

Are you passionate about automation and ready to make a real impact across business operations? Were looking for a talented RPA Specialist with strong hands-on experience in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator and Robots, to join the growing automation team of a global mobility company leading its digital transformation journey.

What youll do

• Identify and assess business processes with automation potential
• Design and implement RPA solutions using UiPath
• Build clear and structured process design documentation
• Conduct testing (unit, integration, UAT) and ensure robot performance
• Maintain and monitor bots for continuous operation
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and support user training
• Follow best practices in RPA development version control, reusability, error handling
• Keep up with UiPath features and best practices

What were looking for

• Proven experience in RPA development, especially with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator & Robots
• Strong grasp of RPA methodologies and best practices
• Ability to design scalable and robust automation solutions
• Great analytical and communication skills
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent experience
• Fluency in English (mandatory)

Nice to have

• UiPath Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) certification
• Experience with process mining or task mining tools
