Specialising in Team Extension, Managed Services, Custom Software and Nearshore, we currently have a team of more than 2,350 professionals working on national and international projects in a wide range of technologies.

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Risk & Compliance Analyst to join a strategic project in the aviation industry. You'll reinforce the Cybersecurity Services - Risk & Compliance team, supporting the implementation of the Risk Management and Compliance Program for Information and Cybersecurity. The position follows a hybrid work model in the Lisbon area (3x/week on-site).

What we are looking for?

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferred) in Management, IT, or related fields (e.g., Informatics, Electrotechnics, Telecommunications, Information Systems Management).
• Solid experience in implementing and/or operating cybersecurity/information security risk management programs.
• Good knowledge of relevant standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST CSF, PCI DSS).
• Experience in compliance and legal frameworks such as NIS Directive, GDPR, and aviation-specific regulations (preferred).
• Previous involvement in Disaster Recovery and/or Business Continuity projects (preferred).
• Ability to analyse, identify, and propose mitigation for cybersecurity risks.
• Experience in creating and maintaining controls, policies, risk registers, reports, presentations, and KPIs.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
• Proactive, adaptable, and resilient, capable of managing multiple tasks.
• Team player with good verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent in Portuguese and advanced proficiency in English.
