* Developing a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing.
* Understanding complex issues and present them in a clear, concise, and appropriate manner.

Perfil desejado

What we value the most?

• Degrees in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the financial sector (banking, supervisory or consulting/ audit).
• Experience at Big Four consulting firms will be highly valued.
• Experience in strategic risk management, governance and internal organization, management frameworks, advanced risk quantification models (credit, interest rate, liquidity, ESG, etc.), business innovation and transformation, as well as the design of recovery and resolution plans for banking institutions.
• Basic data analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).
• Good knowledge of English (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
