Were seeking an accomplished finance professional with proven leadership skills to join us as Supervisor. In this pivotal role, youll lead a high-performing team responsible for collections, debt management, cash application, and invoice adjustments across multiple European markets. Your leadership will ensure operational excellence, foster team growth, and deliver outstanding results for our customers and stakeholders.

Your Leadership Will Drive:
Overseeing daily operations of the European Revenue Services Team to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance;
Coaching, mentoring, and developing team members to reach their full potential;
Partnering with stakeholders across Finance, Sales, and Customer Service to resolve escalations and improve processes;
Monitoring KPIs, analyzing performance trends, and implementing data-driven improvements;
Ensuring robust internal controls and alignment with company policies and audit requirements;
Leading or contributing to cross-border projects aimed at optimizing financial processes.

What You Bring to the Table:
Solid background in Finance (mandatory) strong understanding of financial processes and controls;
Previous supervisory or team lead experience in a finance or shared services environment (mandatory);
Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities (mandatory);
Strong business-level English; additional European languages (German, Dutch, Italian, Spanish at B2) are a plus;
Strong decision-making, negotiation, and problem-solving skills;
Ability to balance detail orientation with big-picture strategic thinking;
Experience working with auditors, ERP systems, and customer portals (plus);
Background in an international or multicultural environment (plus).
