Join a global leader in enterprise *software* solutions. We are seeking a Revenue Operations Solutions Manager for a 6-9 month maternity cover contract. 

 

 

 






Your new role

As Revenue Operations Solutions Manager, you will act as the business product owner and subject matter expert for platforms such as Gong, Salesloft, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and CPQ systems. Your mission is to align technology with commercial strategy, driving adoption and maximizing ROI.

  • Act as the business owner for Gong, Salesloft, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and CPQ platforms.
  • Lead implementation projects in partnership with IT, ensuring configurations reflect RevOps best practices.
  • Drive user onboarding, enablement, and adoption programs.
  • Document and continuously improve GTM processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Leverage AI and automation capabilities to enhance forecast accuracy and pipeline health.
  • Collaborate with analysts to create actionable dashboards and reporting.
  • Gather business requirements and prioritize system enhancements.
  • Support vendor evaluations, contract renewals, and roadmap planning.

 

 








 

What you need to succeed

Languages: Fluent English (mandatory), Portuguese.

  • 2+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations roles.
  • Strong knowledge of GTM platforms (Gong, Salesloft, CRM – ideally Microsoft Dynamics – and CPQ).
  • Experience driving user adoption and training across commercial teams.
  • Skilled in process mapping and translating business needs into system configurations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to partner with IT and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or ERP software environments.
  • Familiarity with Power BI and change management principles.

  • Contract: Direct contract for 6-9 months (maternity cover, no integration possibility).
