Mission: As a Restaurant Runner, you will play a key supporting role in our Food & Beverage team, working closely with Waiters/Waitresses and the kitchen to ensure smooth and timely service. Your mission is to deliver excellence in every detail, contributing to a seamless and memorable guest experience in line with ME standards.

What You Will Do:

• Assist in the setup and preparation of the dining area before service (mise-en-place).
• Run food and beverages from the kitchen/bar to the dining room efficiently and safely.
• Support the service team by clearing and resetting tables, ensuring cleanliness and organisation.
• Anticipate the needs of guests and team members, maintaining constant communication with servers and kitchen staff.Help maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation in all areas.
• Ensure prompt, friendly and professional interaction with guests whenever needed.
• Report any guest feedback or service issues to the supervisor.

Perfil do Candidato

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, especially in a luxury or lifestyle environment.
• High energy, attention to detail, and a team-player attitude.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting.
• Basic knowledge of food service and hygiene practices.
• Fluent in Portuguese; English proficiency is a strong advantage.
• A positive, proactive, and adaptable approach to daily operations.
