As Restaurant Manager, you will report directly to the F&B Director and will be responsible for ensuring the planning, coordination and supervision of the bar service, customer service, product advice in order to maximize consumption and will act as an ambassador for the bar and the rest of the hotel's outlets in order to guarantee a service of quality and excellence, exceeding customer expectations.
