The newly renovated Hapimag Resort Albufeira in Portugal is just a few steps from the sandy beach and a 10-minute drive from the city of Albufeira, on the Algarve. It features 213 holiday apartments, a restaurant, a bar, an indoor pool, a sauna, an outdoor pool, and various sports facilities.

What you can expect

• Together with the Resort Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire resort, including budget preparation and goal achievement.
• Lead and develop the Head of Department team and approximately 50 employees.
• You will be responsible for the flawless management of our restaurant, which offers exclusive, fresh, and regional cuisine.
• Ensure compliance with standards and the continuous improvement of workflows, as well as the creation of staff rosters.
• Ensure impeccable customer service.

What you bring along

• Vocational training in the hotel or restaurant industry
• At least 5 years of experience in the hotel or restaurant industry, including 2 years of management experience as a department head in the front office or food & beverage department
• Excellent German and English skills, as well as good Portuguese skills
• Knowledge of common software, the internet, and hotel property management systems (SIHOT)
