Nestled in the heart of the Renaissance city, this iconic property is managed by Fingen Group, a leading Italian retail and real estate company renowned for its commitment to excellence and Italian style essence.

We are looking for a highly self-motivated and enthusiastic Residential Services Agent to be part of our Residential Services team.

In this role you will be a leader for the Club Members services and assistance. Tasks and responsibilities of your positions goes from handling the Reservation Process to communications, from greeting Members to checking them in, providing information on amenities & services, anticipating and responding to their needs, listening to and resolving any issue, providing an excellent service throughout their stay.

Your role is to coordinate all guest requests for special arrangements and assists with activities such as booking tickets, making reservations, travel and tours to name a few.

Key responsibilities include: 

*Perform Front Desk & Concierge Operations on a daily basis

*Handle Reservations on a daily basis

*Handle Department Month End archive

*Plan and coordinate Housekeeping weekly schedule

*Coaching and training to colleagues and trainees

*Support in other operational tasks or assigned project

 

Our Ideal Guest Services Agent candidate will have:

*Minimum two years concierge experience in 5*Luxury Hotel 

*Must have the ability to maintaining an outgoing personality, being a team player, demonstrating communications and analysis skills and keeping a positive “can do” attitude.

*Promote a friendly and professional image to the Members and give full cooperation to any requiring assistance with a prompt, caring and helpful attitude.

*Prioritize and perform accordingly, ensuring all requirements are handled immediately with speed and efficiency. Service driven

*Like to take responsibilities, work independently and have a good understanding of basic front office accounting, procedures and tasks.

*Be familiar with Members’ names, residence location, special requests and profile history

*Be genuine Ambassador of the Company Values and beliefs 

*Fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written. A third language is preferred.

*Knowledge of PMS Opera preferred.
