Savills Portugal is currently undergoing a strong growth and intends to reinforce its team with the integration of a Research Consultant for its office in Lisbon.

Key tasks/ activities:

• Statistical and Data base analysis.
• Identify market opportunities and trends;
• Prepare materials for client meetings and face-to-face market presentations.

Requirements, Skills and Experience Desired:

• Degree in communication, journalism or similar;
• Experience in Real Estate is a plus;
• Analytical capacity;
• High degree of autonomy, proactivity, and initiative;
• Critical analysis;
• A desire to explore new areas of knowledge within the real estate industry;
• Efficient use of all Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
• Fluent English.
