Specifically, we work with our partners, to shape their Go-To-Market, Finance, M&A, General Management and Operations teams through our two brands, Futures and Growth.

This is a varied and fast-paced support role, ideal for someone who loves organisation, people interaction, and teamwork. You'll help source candidates, manage applications, maintain data accuracy, and coordinate interviews - acting as the backbone of our recruitment operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Research, Sourcing & Application Management
- Support consultants with candidate resourcing, screening, and shortlisting.
- Build and maintain comprehensive talent pools to support ongoing recruitment projects.
- Manage and process all incoming job applications for specific projects, ensuring timely responses and a positive candidate experience, through job boards, LinkedIn, and our CRM database.
- Maintain an organised workflow from initial application through to interview scheduling.
- Schedule interviews and liaise with candidates and clients to confirm details.
Database & Administration Support
- Prepare and type up interview notes and candidate cover sheets for shortlisted candidates, providing consultants and clients with clear, well-presented summaries.
- Maintain and update candidate and client records in the CRM system.
- Prepare and format CVs, ensuring consistency and professionalism.
- Assist with compliance and onboarding documentation (right-to-work checks, references, etc.).
- Provide general administrative support to consultants and the leadership team.
- Track key recruitment metrics and produce basic reports when required.
- General ad hoc support regarding team travel, expenses, office management, note taking in meetings, preparing presentations.
Business Development Support
- Building build target lists for the team to use for sourcing and business development
We're looking for someone who's proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
You'll bring:
- Previous experience in an administrative, coordination, or resourcing role (ideally within recruitment / search firm).
- Excellent organisation and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Confident IT skills - MS Office, ATS/CRM systems, and job boards (Bullhorn or Vincere experience a plus).
- A team player mindset with a flexible, can-do attitude.
- A genuine interest in recruitment and talent management.
