We are seeking a highly collaborative and service-oriented Requestor Support Specialist. This essential role focuses on empowering internal users, ensuring smooth operational flow by providing critical helpdesk support, and driving continuous improvement in service delivery.

Description

• Day-to-Day Operations Support: Provide timely, high-quality support and troubleshooting assistance to Operations and internal requestors, acting as the front line for procurement-related inquiries.
• Training & Knowledge Transfer: Prepare engaging training materials and conduct personalized or group training sessions to enhance the proficiency and adoption of procurement systems and processes across the organization.
• Process Enhancement: Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects to enhance support services, streamline operational processes, and improve user satisfaction within the Shared Services structure.

Profile

• Experience & Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field, combined with 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, help desk, or technical support role.
• Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French (minimum B2 level).
• Technical Aptitude: Adaptability and willingness to learn new systems and processes. Proficiency in Google Workspace. Knowledge of the Coupa and SAP S4 systems is preferred.
• Soft Skills: Proven patience, a strong customer-focused approach, and the ability to create clear, concise training materials. Experience in training or instructional design is a plus
