Our client is an international Financial Institution that is recruiting a Reporting Agency (m/f/d) financial for offices in Oeiras.
Your new role
As a reporting agency will be responsible for:
- The Reporting agent acts as the point of contact for creating reports and interacts daily with the client and internal parties to answer all reporting related queries.
- Run daily, weekly, monthly, and other regular (CRS / FATAC/ Tax reporting) or ad hoc reports for internal departments or the client. This includes the creation and the setup of new reports.
- Produce reports on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Management Information reporting.
- Monitoring our Estimated cash flow on a daily basis.
- Be the point of contact for Distribution Services on reporting activities.
- Daily contact with our Distribution Services Team in Luxembourg.
What you'll need to succeed
The Candidate must have a:
- Master or equivalent in Economics, Finance, Management or similar.
- English spoken and written (professional level).
- Good skills in Excel (Pivot, macros…) and data analysis.
- Have a clear and analytical methodical approach to problem-solving; administrative and organisational skills;
- Meet tight deadlines with initiative and a team-oriented spirit;
