We are offering a great work experience remotely from within Portugal for a role as a German speaking Customer Support Advisor.

What does your day-to-day in this role look like:

• Assist customers through inbound calls
• Provide product and service information to customers and attempt to close sales
• Manage orders and requests

• You speak German and English
• You think quickly and find solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
• You are detail-oriented and empathetic
• Previous experience customer service is a plus
