Adecco Recruitment is hiring a Release Train Engineer (RTE) for a global client, responsible for leading and optimizing the execution of the Agile Release Train (ART), ensuring continuous value delivery through SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) practices. Responsibilities

• Lead the Agile Release Train (ART) in all phases of planning and execution.
• Manage and optimize the value flow through the ART using tools like Program Kanban.
• Define and communicate the annual calendars for Program Increments (PIs) and iterations.
• Facilitate PI Planning preparation and execution, promoting alignment between vision, roadmap, and backlog.
• Consolidate PI objectives and ensure transparency in communication.
• Track the execution of features and capabilities throughout the development cycle.
• Organize and facilitate periodic synchronization events, including ART Syncs.
• Support economic decision-making by facilitating feature and epic estimation.
• Act as a coach for leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters, fostering Lean-Agile practices.
• Identify, escalate, and track impediments and risks.
• Ensure collaboration between teams and System/Solution Architects.
• Work with Product Management, Product Owners, and stakeholders to ensure alignment between strategy and execution.
• Improve delivery flow through DevOps, Continuous Delivery, and Release on Demand.
• Facilitate System Demos and promote a culture of inspection and adaptation.
• Foster Communities of Practice (CoPs) and encourage the implementation of Built-In Quality practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) or equivalent role.
• SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) certification is mandatory.
• Experience in leading and optimizing Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
• Strong knowledge of Lean-Agile, DevOps, and Continuous Delivery.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and coordinate with various stakeholders.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
