Description

• Assist in maintaining product data and ensuring accuracy across internal systems and reports;
• Help coordinate UCITS and AIF registrations and updates with regulators, local agents, and legal teams;
• Maintain registration trackers and support ongoing compliance monitoring;
• Collaborate with internal departments and external providers to ensure timely and accurate information flow;
• Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives within the team.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, or related field;
• 1-5 years of experience in Fund Industry;
• First experience in fund registration activities is a key advantage;
• Good understanding of UCITS and AIFM framework;
• Good command of Excel; familiarity with fund data tools (Fundsquare, FE fundinfo) is a plus;
• Strong attention to detail, organisation, and teamwork;
• Fluency in English; other EU languages are an advantage.
