Principais responsabilidades

• Support the rollout of after-sales strategies across the organization
• Monitor compliance with service and warranty processes, ensuring customer expectations are met
• Address and resolve issues related to customers, partners, and post-sales activities
• Coordinate with internal teams to manage costs, support proposals, and improve service quality
• Explore and develop new revenue streams within after-sales operations
