Your new role:
As part of a dynamic and growing team, you’ll have the chance to make a meaningful impact as an Assistant in charge of recording complaints.
Main tasks:
Record all complaints relating to defective products for France, Benelux and Italy;
Check complaints files relating to defective products to be processed (source: Salesforce, email);
Transcription, translation into English and recording of complaints in Agile support;
Close complaints in Salesforce.
What you need to be successful:
Professional experience of at least 2 years in an administrative position;
Language Skills: French Native and English Fluent;
Experience working with ERP systems: Oracle, Agile and Salesforce preferred;
Excel Skills;
Previous Shared Services professional environment is a nice to have.
