Campra Alpine Lodge & SPA, located in the beautiful Valle di Blenio, is looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Receptionist to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests throughout their stay, ensuring a professional and warm service.
• Handle check-in, check-out, and reservations through the PMS.
• Provide information about the lodge, the destination, and available activities.
• Respond efficiently and accurately to requests by phone, email, and in person.
• Support colleagues in different departments to ensure a high-level guest experience.

Perfil do Candidato

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role in hotels or hospitality (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented approach.
• Fluent knowledge of Italian and English (mandatory); knowledge of German is considered a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a team spirit.
• Flexibility to work on shifts, including weekends and holidays.
