KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Greet and seat guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Contribute to establishing the food & beverage outlets as a key destination by delivering tailored service to Cloud 7 hotel Colere guests and daily ski visitors.
• Ensure excellence in service quality, and adherence to Kerten Hospitality's brand standards.
• Process bills and handle payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas, ensuring readiness for each service period.
CONNECTION
• Build rapport with guests by being attentive, approachable, and professional.
• Anticipate customer needs and respond promptly to enhance the dining experience.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service.
INNOVATION
• Identify opportunities for improvement in operations.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, introducing innovative concepts and creative dining experiences.
CURATION
• Adapt quickly to customer preferences and special requests.
• Uphold the restaurant’s brand values through consistent and polished service.
LEADING THE WAY
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, setting the benchmark for best practices.
• Take initiatives to resolve customer concerns efficiently and effectively.
Perfil do Candidato
• Previous experience in F&B, experience in a ski resort in Europe is highly desirable.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Food handling certificate is desired.
• Knowledge of restaurant management software, POS systems, and MS Office Suite is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as per the management needs.
• This opportunity is part-time.
