Principais responsabilidades

• Manage sales team and supervise sales consultants;
• Manage established network of contacts within the real estate brokerage community, fostering strong professional relationships;
• Participate in the design and execustion of effective sales strategies and drive sales success through strong negotiation skills;
• Create and maintain client relations, with an intuitive understanding of clients' needs, ensuring a personalized and positive experience.

Perfil desejado

Bachelor's Degree in Management, Marketing, Business or Communication;

Previous experience in marketing and sales stratagies design;

Exceptional negotiation skills;

Good knowledge of IT tools;

Proficiency in english.
