The Role

We are looking for motivated and ambitious Real Estate Agents to join our growing team. Whether you already have experience or are looking to grow into the luxury market, we provide training, structure, and leads to help you succeed.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Securing new property listings
• Managing and closing sales and long-term rentals
• Conducting property viewings and negotiations
• Building long-term relationships with owners and clients
• Consistently achieving monthly targets

Requirements

• Real estate experience is an advantage, but not mandatory
• Fluent in English and Portuguese (additional languages are a plus)
• Strong communication and commercial mindset
• Own car and laptop
• Based in the Algarve / Faro region is a plus
