At REALEZ, you will work exclusively with investor-originated properties coming from a structured international ecosystem.

No door knocking. No random prospecting.

Your focus: move deals forward and close them.

The Opportunity

REALEZ is expanding its Investor Property Monetization activity in Portugal.

You will manage resale opportunities sourced internally through our partner ecosystem, including the Portuguese Investors Club (PIC) - a platform supporting hundreds of international real estate investors each year.

This means:

• You work with ready-to-act investor sellers
• You handle existing opportunities, not hypothetical leads
• You focus on execution, exposure, and closing
  

Your Role

You'll take ownership of investor resale deals from onboarding to closing:

• Onboard investor-sellers from internal referrals
• Define and execute the go-to-market strategy per property
• Activate buyer pipelines (internal network + external channels)
• Collaborate with agencies, partners, and brokers
• Coordinate with developers, legal teams, and stakeholders
• Drive transactions toward CPCV and final deed
• Lead and support negotiations
• Maintain structured CRM tracking
• Expand and optimize distribution channels when relevant

This is a deal progression role, not a listing acquisition role.

• Portuguese - required

• Experience in real estate transactions - valued
