Principais responsabilidades
- Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their property requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.
- Property Search: Conduct thorough property searches based on client criteria, including location, size, amenities, and budget.
- Property Tours: Arrange and accompany clients on property viewings, providing detailed information and answering questions.
- Market Analysis: Research and provide clients with comprehensive market data, including property values, recent sales, and trends to assist in decision-making.
- Price Negotiation: Negotiate purchase prices on behalf of clients and prepare and present offers to property sellers.
- Transaction Management: Oversee all aspects of the sales transaction, including contract preparation, inspections, appraisals, and closing processes.
- Client Updates: Keep clients informed about the progress of their transactions, including any developments, offers, or counteroffers.
- Networking: Build and maintain a strong professional network, including relationships with other real estate agents, lenders, inspectors, and attorneys, to facilitate smoother transactions and referrals.
Perfil desejado
Proficiency in Portuguese and English
Experience in dealing luxury real estate.
Good presentation, both verbal and non-verbal
Good network and contacts
