Real Estate Consultant - Portimão
Engel & Völkers is looking for experienced Real Estate Consultants to join our teams in the Portimão region.
With more than 40 years of experience in luxury real estate, Engel & Völkers operates a global network of around 800 offices in 33 countries. In Portugal, the brand has been growing since 2006 and continues to expand its presence nationwide.

Your responsibilities
- Proactively acquire properties and clients
- Conduct property valuations and market analysis
- Organize and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate with buyers and property owners
- Develop marketing activities to attract listings
- Build and manage a portfolio of clients
- Identify new business opportunities

MIN REQUIREMENTS:
Requirements
- Commercial mindset and sales experience
- Ideally have real estate experience
- Fluency in English and Portuguese
- Additional languages (German, French, Dutch, Scandinavian languages) are a plus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Residence in the region
- Driving license and own vehicle
- Interest in working under a 100% commission-based model
