A successful R2R Accountant is responsible for handling the end-to-end process for the Accounting & Finance department in the Energy & Natural Resources industry. They will need to have a strong background in finance and accounting, with a focus on process management.

Description

In this role, you will have the following tasks:

• Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes.

• Ability to manage end-to-end accounting processes.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and standards (IFRS).
• Ability to prepare financial reports and statements.
• Working on the statutory audit for entities within the scope
• Applying internal procedures and following accounting standards, while being a driving force in developing them.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Liaising with different stackholders (both internally and externally).

Profile

A successful R2R Accountant should have:

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of international IFRS standards is required for this position.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English and Portuguese.
