The Role

As a QA Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring cGMP compliance, maintaining audit readiness, and continuously strengthening our Quality Management System. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and have regular presence on the manufacturing floor, providing hands-on quality support.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure cGMP compliance across all project- and product-related activities
• Implement and support policies and procedures to continuously improve product and operational quality
• Support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS)
• Collaborate closely with Operations (Production, Logistics, and Warehouse) teams to ensure compliance
• Maintain a regular presence on the manufacturing floor, providing real-time QA oversight and support
• Identify, document, and escalate deviations and non-conformities
• Support investigations, root cause analysis, and CAPA implementation
• Maintain audit readiness and compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements
• Prepare for and support internal and external audits, including review and approval of QMS documentation
• Investigate customer complaints and support KPI tracking and quality reporting
• Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders to resolve compliance issues
• Promote a strong quality culture, continuous improvement, and high standards across the organization

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field
• Previous experience in Quality Assurance within a GMP-regulated environment (preferably pharmaceutical or medical cannabis)
• Operational experience in a GMP environment (desirable)
• GMP training and solid regulatory knowledge (desirable)
• Good knowledge of GMP principles and European regulatory requirements
• High sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and strong quality mindset
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong documentation and record management skills
