The RoleAs a QA Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring cGMP compliance, maintaining audit readiness, and continuously strengthening our Quality Management System. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and have regular presence on the manufacturing floor, providing hands-on quality support.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure cGMP compliance across all project- and product-related activities
- Implement and support policies and procedures to continuously improve product and operational quality
- Support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Collaborate closely with Operations (Production, Logistics, and Warehouse) teams to ensure compliance
- Maintain a regular presence on the manufacturing floor, providing real-time QA oversight and support
- Identify, document, and escalate deviations and non-conformities
- Support investigations, root cause analysis, and CAPA implementation
- Maintain audit readiness and compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements
- Prepare for and support internal and external audits, including review and approval of QMS documentation
- Investigate customer complaints and support KPI tracking and quality reporting
- Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders to resolve compliance issues
- Promote a strong quality culture, continuous improvement, and high standards across the organization
Education & Experience- Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field
- Previous experience in Quality Assurance within a GMP-regulated environment (preferably pharmaceutical or medical cannabis)
- Operational experience in a GMP environment (desirable)
- GMP training and solid regulatory knowledge (desirable)
- Good knowledge of GMP principles and European regulatory requirements
- High sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and strong quality mindset
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong documentation and record management skills
