Your New Company
The company operates in the mobility and fleet management sector, offering vehicle rental solutions for private and corporate customers. It is present in several international markets and focuses on innovation and customer experience, with services tailored to short and medium-term needs.
Your New Role
- Perform internal quality reviews and audits of operational processes, transactions, and customer interactions to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures;
- Monitor quality performance indicators, identify trends, risks, and improvement areas, and report on Quality KPIs aligned with global business objectives;
- Conduct root cause analysis on recurring quality issues, process failures, customer complaints, and operational defects, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives;
- Develop and maintain quality control frameworks, procedures, guidelines, and documentation;
- Ensure accurate and timely execution of all TLD updates;
- Design and deploy a robust Quality Management System across the SSC to ensure service consistency;
- Lead the strategic planning and execution roadmap required to achieve ISO 9001 certification in the medium term;
- Act as a subject matter expert for quality processes, providing guidance to operational teams, Team Leads, Managers, and stakeholders.
What You Need To Be Successful
- 3+ years of experience in Quality Management, Process Improvement, or Project Management (SSC experience highly preferred);
- Strong proficiency in process mapping and presentation tools;
- High resilience, strong organizational skills, and a solutions-oriented mindset;
- A natural “continuous improvement” DNA;
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and influence quality standards;
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
