Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and maintain automated test suites.
• Design and maintain test cases and test plans in tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Perform manual testing, functional testing, regression testing, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
• Work with Cucumber/Gherkin, Selenium, Java, and Apache JMeter.
• Use and manage test accounts, including IAM test accounts.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD test pipelines using Jenkins, ADO, or GitHub Actions.
• Ensure adherence to QA best practices and industry testing standards.
• Collaborate with development, product, and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality releases.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to other QA team members.
• Work with version control systems like Git, GitLab, or Bitbucket.
• Support testing governance using quality management tools such as Jira, ADO, etc.
• Use SQL for data validation, troubleshooting, and test analysis.

Technical Skills

• 4+ years of relevant QA experience
• Experience in test automation with Cucumber (Gherkin) and/or Selenium
• Java development for automation frameworks
• Performance testing with Apache JMeter
• Manual testing
• Regression testing (automated and manual)
• CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, ADO, GitHub Actions)
• SQL knowledge
• Strong understanding of QA best practices and standards
• Ability to mentor and support junior testers
