What Awaits You in this role
- Develop and maintain the QEHS management system, ensuring compliance with ISO9001, ISO14001, Management System, and other relevant standards;
- Implement internal quality controls for products and processes, environmental controls, and health and safety measures;
- Analyze customer complaints and internal incidents, monitoring and enhancing product quality and process flows;
- Provide technical data, evaluations, and reports for decision-making and continuous improvement;
- Lead preventive actions, corrective measures, and improvement initiatives;
- Identify training needs, conduct awareness programs and training for the team;
- Monitor compliance with defined programs, prepare management reviews, and coordinate audits;
- Act as the local contact person for QEHS topics, collaborating with the European organization.
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Quality, Environmental Management;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in QEHS fuctions in an Industrial Environment;
- Ideally with a good knowledge in metal and or wood processing;
- Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001 required (ISO45001/OSHAS18001 is desirable).
- Supervisory experience and knowledge of manufacturing technologies;
- Project management education or experience is desirable;
- Analytical mindset, structured working approach, excellent communication skills;
- Fluent in English;
- Trained as an auditor for products, processes, or systems.
