Greenvolt Next Portugal is one of the main national companies in the renewable energy industry, acting in the national and international market in the production of energy through photovoltaic solar systems. We find ourselves in a continuous growth of our team.

We are looking for a QHSE Senior Technician to work based on our Venda do Pinheiro Office.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System (Quality, Environment, and Health & Safety) across projects and operational units;
• Provide technical guidance and coordination for QHSE site technicians, ensuring ongoing training and development;
• Represent the company in audits and inspections, being responsible for addressing findings and ensuring timely closure of non-conformities;
• Oversee strategic risk and opportunity management in QHSE, propose action plans, and ensure their effective implementation;
• Support the QHSE Director in defining policies, strategic objectives, and performance indicators;
• Promote and conduct training sessions and awareness campaigns to strengthen the safety culture at all organizational levels;
• Review and approve Safety and Health Plans (PSS, PTRE), ensuring compliance with legal and client requirements;
• Manage and analyze monthly reports on incidents, near-misses, and preventive measures;
• Act as the focal point for environmental compliance on-site, including waste management and legal adherence;
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation initiatives aligned with the company's sustainability and operational excellence goals.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety or Environmental Health (preferred).
• CAP Occupational Health and Safety Technician (level VI);
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in QHSE roles, preferably in industry, energy, or construction sectors;
• Expertise in office 365 tools.
• Oral and written communication in English;
• Analytical skills and Critical thinking;
• Flexibility, resilience and good adaptability;
• Responsible and dynamic, with strong communication skills and an organized approach to work.
